Looking for highly motivated Sales Advisors that have a “customer first” attitude!

We are a member of the Ray Catena family of dealerships that offer only the BEST in Customer Service!

You will be advising clients on New and Pre-Owned BMW’s; you are responsible for the entire process from the initial greeting to the follow up after the customer has taken delivery of their BMW and beyond!

We offer a lucrative pay structure for both new and pre-owned including monthly bonus plans, benefits and 401K.

We Require:

Auto sales experience a MUST, Luxury sales a PLUS!

Excellent Communication skills including demonstrating the Highest Customer Satisfaction as we are consistently in the top ten nationally;
Excellent Follow Up: before, during and after the sale;
Cultivating all types of referrals, both in the dealership and outside;
Highly Motivated individuals with a Great Attitude and Professional appearance; A Team player;
Full knowledge and application of the entire sales process;
Email and Internet experience; Dealer Computer System knowledge helpful (Reynolds & Reynolds; Contact Management and Desk King)
Background Check and Drug Testing performed prior to employment offers.
