Over at Kelley Blue Book, reviewer Micha Muzio got a chance to spend some quality one-on-X1 time with the 2016 BMW X1 sub-compact SUV, and while this may be BMW’s smallest SUV offering, it has big-time appeal for many drivers in the White Plains, NY area. Check out his review below, and if you see something you like, come on in to visit with us at BMW of Westchester and lay eyes on the real deal.

Aside from sharing a personality and design language with its older siblings, the BMW X5 SUV and the BMW X3 SUV, the 2016 BMW X1 also bears the same impeccable BMW xDrive all-wheel drive system we shared with you in a previous blog post. If you thought a sub-compact SUV couldn’t possibly have all the storage and cargo space you’ll need, then you’ve clearly not met the X1. The X1 has a roomy trunk area with fold-flat seating to offer even more volume. It also features some below-the-floor storage to keep any valuables out of sight and hopefully out of the hands of any would-be thieves who pass by.

Maybe you’d written the 2016 BMW X1 off because of its small stature, but this sub-compact SUV is actually pretty super. The vehicle embodies the adage, waste not, want not, giving you space and utility without wasting either, so that you can also receive a heaping dose of maneuverability and great BMW performance. For any White Plains, NY drivers looking to get a lot out of a little, big features in a compact package, come see us in our White Plains, NY showroom to take the BMW X1 for a test drive—we know it won’t disappoint.
