I orginally went to another local dealer because it was closer to home than Ray Catena was. A relative of mine suggested that I go to Ray Catena stating that "they are good people". I did not think anything of it because at the end of the day BMW of Manhattan was closer to home. I did decide to go in to Ray Catena anyway listening to my relative. From the moment I stepped in there, the people really made me feel at home. At this point, I knew that already had a credit application with the previous dealer so I wasn't loyal one way or another. But meeting with Dave Decicco added that to that feeling of comfort and ease of working real people not just "sales people". I left there knowing I would end up buying from them eventhough they were so out of my way from home. I decided to purchase a car with an interior color that I had not seen yet, so I called the previous dealer to see if they had for me take a quick look since they were so close t o my office. At the end of the day I went all the way there to "see" the interior but they did not have it ; it seemed that he just wanted to get me back in there. That left a bad taste in my mouth and it made me realize that buying a car from '"good people" actually does make a difference! Thanks to Dave and John I left a happy bmw customer and would highly reccomend friends and relatives to go to BMW of Westchester Ray Catena.

Elaine Gordon my salesperson was superb and professional. She made my leasing experience fun. As a woman I could relate to her and vice versa. I usually find leasing or purchasing a car quite stressful, but not on this occasion. Elaine put me at ease, took her time with me, offered me coffee.
