I originally went to another local dealer because it was closer to home than Ray Catena was. A relative of mine suggested that I go to Ray Catena stating that "they are good people". I did not think anything of it because at the end of the day BMW of Manhattan was closer to home. I did decide to go in to Ray Catena anyway listening to my relative. From the moment I stepped in there, the people really made me feel at home. At this point, I knew that I already had a credit application with the previous dealer so I wasn't loyal one way or another. But meeting with Dave Decicco added that to that feeling of comfort and ease of working real people not just "sales people". I left there knowing I would end up buying from them even though they were so out of my way from home. I decided to purchase a car with an interior color that I had not seen yet, so I called the previous dealer to see if they had for me take a quick look since they were so close t o my office. At the end of the day I went all the way there to "see" the interior but they did not have it ; it seemed that he just wanted to get me back in there. That left a bad taste in my mouth and it made me realize that buying a car from '"good people" actually does make a difference! Thanks to Dave and John I left a happy BMW customer and would highly recommend friends and relatives to go to BMW of Westchester Ray Catena.
